The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating, breakfast was delicious with lots of options, impressive balcony view of Capri, strong AirCon, comfortable beds.
There was nothing I didn't like.

incredible base for a weekend in massa lubrense! there were parking on-site. we liked our time here. it is right by the airport.

I had an incredible experience staying at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, with close proximity to the bus stop and local restaurants. It was also conveniently situated near Punta Campanella and the top of San Costanzo mountain, allowing for breathtaking views of Capri's island. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, an in-room safe, and free toiletries. Additionally, the television and am/fm alarm clock provided entertainment and convenience. The dining experience was delightful, with a restaurant serving a delicious continental breakfast and a bar/lounge area for relaxation. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The free wi-fi, car park, 24-hour reception, and lift added to the convenience and comfort of my stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to others.

The views were breathtaking and the location was perfect for a relaxing Christmas getaway with a loved one. the local restaurant options were fantastic and authentic Italian cuisine. the hotel offered a special Christmas dinner and a complimentary bottle of wine in the room upon arrival which was a lovely touch.
The room was quite small and we had some issues with the heating system. the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a wide variety of fresh food. The location provided an excellent view of the sea and Capri Island, and there were good restaurants nearby.

During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the comfortable and spacious rooms with fantastic balconies perfect for enjoying the view. The location was also great for exploring the nearby sights and attractions. the breakfast provided was decent and had a good variety of food options.
The staff were a bit unfriendly and unhelpful, which made the experience less enjoyable. the Wi-Fi was inconsistent and the cleanliness of the hotel was not up to standard.

The location was great, close to bus stops, local restaurants, natural beaches, and even Capri Island. the staff was accommodating, assisting with parking and organizing tours. the breakfast was good, with lots of fruits and eggs made to order. Some rooms have impressive views of the surrounding areas and balconies with comfortable chairs ideal for relaxation.
The service was not consistent among the staff, sometimes giving incomplete or inaccurate information.
